The best Japanese restaurant in Tbilisi . Extremely fresh fish , amazing service and delicious fusion. The sushi and the rolls are really great. Order the striking shrimp tempura (summer menu ).

After 2 years in a row being a faithful client of Umami, I can reassure this is the best Japanese in town . Even the deserts are amazing.

If you love Asian cuisine Umami is the right place for you. Food was tasty and fresh. Staff is friendly . Non-smoking!!!(That is another plus for me)

Так в еде давно не разочаровывались! Заказали суши и ромен- и то и другое было настолько безвкусно, что не спасали ни соль, ни соусы ! Продукты были свежие, но для такого ресторана этого недостаточно!

Ресторан Umami может по праву гордится самым дорогим в мире мисо супом . 7$ блин. Даже в Швейцарии такого не найти. Роллы абсолютно посредственны, маленького размера.
