Nice pub with live music , total irish/english feel to it.
I won't lie and say The Scotsman is a hangout of mine, lying right smack in Karl Johan street and all, but it has made a real effort to be relevant when it comes to beer , that makes it worth while.
Nice atmosphere, decent beer selection , although not a beer bar . Good food. It's not trendy and youthful, but quite a godd place.
They have Guiness Nitro IPA . Nice pub with live football streams.
Exactly what you expect from a pub on the main street of Oslo.
When people from Nedre Eiker goes out in Oslo they end up here. Even the band Ole Ivars sings about goodtimes here
We were informed that they work till 01.00am. We ordered a beer for the company and paid for it. Suddenly at 00.40 am. approached security guard pulled down my hand and asked us to leave the Scotsman.
Us beers are way over date, heads up!

Цены для Норвегии не самые высокие, в пересчете на рубли два огромных чизбургера каждый с порцией картофеля плюс пиво вышли в 3600. Но зато атмосфера хорошая и центральное местоположение

Дорого, есть вкусные сорта пива , но цены конские, с легкостью найдете в магазине подобное, так как культура распития пива в Осло есть . Еда не очень.

Yes, a sportsbar, but with nice corners to sit and have a conversation. Also, it was redecorated recently. Ok prices, nice grown-up clientel in a part of town you might not always think to go. - Morten Aastad
Not a good selection of beer, smells a bit, dark and the toilets aren't very nice. But you end up enjoying it in good company. Quite cheap lager. Some good talent show up on open mic night. - Morten Aastad
