Suggested to check in at 2pm but on the day I checked out, the person next to me was able to check in at 12pm. What's w/ the different policy? I also had to wait over 30 mins just to check out!!

Frontdesk is always busy. They should consider adding more counters, lines can get really long.

Same breakfast menu every single day. It's a challenge to dine on your 3rd consecutive visit.

Had to park 3 buildings away from the hotel coz their parking area in the basement was closed. The receptionist insisted a security is standing by to let the cars in the basement , but there was no one

Maybe a lil bit in a not good maintenance, but it is a good place to live, there is pool, play ground , mini market , laundry, restaurant , etc. They will fix the cleanliness soon, I'm sure ☺

The room is good and clean , but the lifts are very slow and some of them can't contain people as much as the capacity... And I saw a cockroach cross my breakfast table this morning... Ouch!

Have a meeting here. Nice homemade chocolate chip cookies and fine blended coffee .

The room was delapidated & the bathroom tiles were unclean. The bed sheet was torn. The elevator had no AC & the light went off. The bath tub was clogged & no hot water. Definitely not gonna come back

Only good things are the staff are nice and the prices are fine, but they very slow in proving the service and AC is not cooling very good

Service was lousy, whether in the reception area or in the restaurant during b'fast. The restaurant didn't have baby chairs coz all were broken. Most food was not replenished & the buffet looked empty

in summary, worst 4-star hotel ever. Your MOD or receptionist ignored my complaints, guess I'm gonna write my complaints on the Trip Advisor. Thanks for your horrible hospitality .

Gave my complaints to the receptionist (named Ali) and insisted to meet w/ the Manager On Duty, but no one was coming to receive the complaints. I guess this hotel doesn't care much about customers

I don't like the swimming pool here.Very crowded and sometimes dirty for a long time.The operation of their lift at each tower are very slow.Reparation maintenance needed!;)

They should at least have alternate menus everyday.
