If you're driving through West you have to stop here for some homemade kolaches . The line can be long, but it is worth the wait. Check out the 50% off table of day-old baked goods for a bargain.
You know it's a must stop for every Texan and every traveler. Kolaches and baked goods like none other.
The pulled pork kolache is the most delicious substance I've ever tasted. There's also a clearance rack in one of the bakeries . The bakery gods blessed me with 6 fist sized pastries for $2!!!
Honestly, everything is worth trying once! We all haven't different tastes, so you if see something that looks interesting or looks good then try it! No reward without risk! #Supportlocal
Not sure about these popular kolaches , first time trying and got like 5-6 different flavors and thought the sweet ones (cream cheese ) are slightly better.
Cinnamon rolls ...I want the whole tray. Excellent with a cup of coffee . Got the ham , cheese , and jalapenos for my lunch . It was great! Going to visit every time I come to Texas !
The Czech stop is awesome and 1 of a kind. Try the poppy seed kolaches , and your favorite fruit . Grab a sausage or pulled pork kolache while you're at it.
Would Never think of passing up a chance to stop in and get my kolache fix. The best ones i have ever had; second only to my Czech Grandmother’s kolaches .
A hidden treasure in the middle of no where texas . Definitely worth the extra time to stop on the way between dallas and austin for some amazing kolaches !!!
Jalapeño cheese kolaches was delicious and spicy . Only problem at Czech stop is the overwhelming variety of kolaches to try. Fast, organized service!
This is a place you must stop at. Great kolaches . Every time I've stopped here there is a line , but it is worth it.
The Czech Bakery (the door on the right) have much of the same stuff with more bakery items (breads , packaged cookies ) with a fraction of the crowd and cleaner restrooms . :)
It is always a delight to stop for Kolaches , the best in Texas . They also have tamales that are shockingly good.
Order the egg salad sandwich . Stick Doritos inside and have a nice day.
All the kolaches are fantastic. I especially like the poppy seed and jalapeno ham and cheese kolaches .
The baked deserts are awesome ate them the next two days on a road trip. Kolaches were fantastic. Try one of each.
The fruit and cheese kolaches and the sausage with jalapeño or sauerkraut are all excellent.
Must stop whenever you're nearby even if there's a long line . Can't go wrong with anything there
All websites ask you to visit it but I think if you don't have a sweet tooth, it is overrated. I got a savory one and it was just a sausage baked with bun with a little bit of cheese .
Fun little stop to make when you've been on the road . The pastries are good, the bathrooms are clean , and the service is friendly .
A Texas tradition. The kolaches are amazing, as are the jalapeno and cheese filled ones. Prices are reasonable too.
I love the pineapple kolaches , and the pulled pork puffs are great too. Awesome halfway stop for the Austin-Dallas trip.
The nutella kolache is worth whatever drive you have to make to get here.
ah-MAZING. Always take the extra 15-20 min pit stop! Totally worth it!
Don't love sweets, but saw enough people raving about it and they were right. Worth a stop, try both fruit ones and meat ones.
Always love stopping here on our trips to Waco. So much deliciousness to choose from!
Even if there's a live they are very good at moving everyone a long efficiently with great service and delicious kolaches !
Tried several different kolaches and they were all excellent. Best kolaches we've had.
Don't think, buy a loaf of jalapeño Cheese Bread , take it home, pop some in the toaster, spread some butter, and slip into true bliss!
YOU MUST STOP HERE AND GET CREAM CHEESE AND CHOCOLATE KOLACHES
I freaking love this place I don't think there is a thing inside that is not absolutely delicious
Stop for kolaches , of course. While you're there, make a donation to the first responders' families fund.
Breakfast roll with sausage egg and cheese !!! Get a loaf of white bread while you're at it. Delicious.
Everything that I've had here has been great. Never a bad thing.
They have the best desert kolaches and large selection to choose from.
A Place like no other! Truly a great place to visit and enjoy their creations!!
Pizza kolaches are lit af
Coconut cream Danish will keep you awake the rest of the way. Do not leave this place without a jalapeño kolache . Skip the $2 sandwich from the day before, even at the price it's pretty bad (shocking)
Literally everything is good here. If you don't get the kolaches , you're doing something wrong.
Tried some savory and sweet Kolaches and all were great. Really loves the sausage and cheese !
You have to stop here for some Kolaches - bread filled with savory items like sausage and cheese .

My favorite kolaches in West. Great selection as well .
Awesome collection of baked good . Stop by a try their Kolaches
The Kolaches are good, have the cottage cheese version like I had with my in-laws, only they added sugar on top.
The strawberry and cheese kolache is Deffinantly to die for WOW! What better place to stop than Czech stop bakery
Any of kolaches are great, but I might have a new fave in the pulled pork puff
Can't drive by without stopping! Love the cream cheese/Lemon and apricot .
