Very crowded , like all the time. But I keep coming back for it, a fresh and clean flavor. Love the cream topping.

just witnessed a worker feeding another worker with a spoon out of a customer's drink because there was extra & then served it.. other than i like the milk foam tea with white pearls !

Great drinks but slightly pricey but acceptable. Please do lower sugar level to 50% or 70% bc it is very sweet.

Alisan Gong Cha + white boba & pudding is a great choice. I love the Milk Foam .

Peach black tea with white pearl added is worth to try ~.~

Too crowded after 7pm. 12-20 people in queue. 10-15 mins waiting in the queue. Full of people, you have to take away . The milk tea is good but not worth waiting that long. And my wife like it :-\

new staffs are not well-trained. They either cut your words or mess up your order. Extremely crowded at night, 8pm onwards.

6pm and they are already out of some jellies and white pearls !!

They always sell out of the white boba :(

just witnessed the staff scooping an overflown drink out from a cup and using the same spoon and then giving it to the customer. Gross.
