Stunning gardens . You could spend a good two hours walking around. Check out the homestead (no photos allowed!) and 300-year old trees .
The gardens are truly amazing and the story since 1700 is really well presented in the home stead.
Go up the hill , the views of Table Mountain NP, Helderberg and the Hottentots-Holland are amazing on a clear day
Make it to the top of the hill , amazing views of Signal Hill , Table Mountain , Heldeberg, and Hottentot-Holland mountain range!
The Camellia Rose Garden at Vergelegen is worth a visit on it's own. The 1000 bushes bloom from April to August
Tell your waitress at the restaurant that you will be buying wines from the wine tasting center and she may give you a 20% discount voucher .
Beautiful corporate winery run by Anglo-American. They charge you 10R per person just to go through the gate!
