Breakfast was awesome. Bed was comfy but the showers need a renovation.. and the carpet floor to be changed..

The outdoor pool on the 3rd floor is a perfect way to beat the heat. Pricey food and beverage (as with any big city hotel ), but friendly pool staff and nice loungers . Avoid the awful Caesar Salad !

Hotel is dated and rooms poorly maintained, but at $60 US per night (cash and points), it's a good value . Don't pay much more as you will mind the dirty tile in the bath. Great water pressure in bath!

Very comfortable stay and an incredibly accommodating hotel staff . Easy to exchange currency.

Breakfast buffet on the 3rd floor although it says Dafra on the ground floor, reception wont tell you where the breakfast is, neither anything about the gym or if u want a smoking or non smoking room

Needs urgent maintenance! ! Was in Spg floor which should be higher comfort, so I do not want to know how bad standard rooms might be. Avoid up to next makeover, this once nice hotel had been ruined

The concierge is not helpful and most of the time not even at the desk. I also had to call guest services 4 times to have my room serviced . Poor experience compared to other SPG hotels .
