Unless you have absolutely no choice, avoid at all costs!
Avoid saturdays and sundays. Shopping on a weekday eve after 7 is best. Lots of bargains to be had. Oh and be polite to checkout staff they don't get paid enough to put up with horrid ppl :-) - Anneka Collins

Get a table upstairs for a good view - Belle Vue Terrace is quite high up on the Malvern Hills. Fantastic service too. Very impressed!! - Ritch Ames
