The staff went out of their way to make sure we got the best deal on the TV , the service plan, and the financing. Will definitely return to this location for future purchases.

The Black Tie Ins is great for replacement phones & batteries. No questions asked, just done. I highly recommend, the one battery pays the entire plan.

Look for tall dude named Josh in the computer dept. he saved my butt by helping me find a great deal five minutes before closing.

Geek squad is very helpful. Change the language setting to Chinese and couldn't change it back but they found out a way. Customer service is great!!

Customer service terrible! Not even an offer to help take 3 TVs out to car. And when i noticed a damaged box...I’m told it’s paid for you can open it! Won’t be going here again any time soon! ????
