מסעדה אחלה. One of the best really. Excellent service as well and beautiful. Dress up warm at night its jerusalem afterall!
The fish tartar is very good. Fresh and tasty. The Blanc the Blanc sparkling wine is also very good. Nice service.

GBNG--good but not great. Make sure you have a contact name and confirm number. We have friends who'd had reservation for a celebratory dinner months in advance and were turned away. Unacceptable!

Extremely overrated, the rooftop view is bad, you get a better view of Davids Citadel in a restaurant at mamilla mall itself. Oh, and on top of all that the food isnt good.
