The day and night views of KL city from the window of this hotel is amazing. So if you get a room on the back side be sure to open the curtains to enjoy the view and to see the Genting Highlands.

Wished this chocolate drink more hot then it be delicious to enjoy. Parking was quite confusing bit senget here and there. Regardless how long/short time u park , still have to buy parking token RM7.

The dark wood interior complements the beautiful white accents. Pamper me w pleasant mangosteen soap range. Love it. Value for money .

Have improved significantly since my last stay 2 years ago. Easy access to LRT. There's a lot of restaurant to choose just outside the hotel .

Room 1306 problem with the door. Cannot go in to room, always need staff to operate the door button. Perhaps hotel should not give the problem room to guest. bad n slow services esp the laundry
