Meats in order of taste: bone in rib eye for two (butcher 's cut special), elk chops, buffalo medallion (needed salt). Sides: poutine , miso-glazed carrots , truffle Mac , Brussels sprouts . Good cocktails
Scrumptious food and friendly service what is there not to like? Recommend to book a table as it's a popular place. Try the burger , the fries are scrumptious!
We had french onion soup , charcuterie w/ spicy elk and summer sausage and foie gras , chef’s burger , bacon wedge salad and vanilla creme brûlée . Everything was fantastic-fresh and perfectly seasoned.
Wow the duck salad is fab! They will also do burger bunless. The mayo tastes house made and fantastic. This place is top notch! I'd come again. Came for lunch . No picture b/c we dug in too quickly!
Trivia night on Monday nights during the off season is a favorite of the Center staff ! We always arrive early to get a good table in the bar (and to enjoy the happy hour specials !).
The Smoked Trout Nicoise Salad is delicious (add Elk Sausage ????). The ambience is pretty cool and the staff is friendly .
Excellent elk medallions , but the Kansas strip dry-aged buffalo stole the show. Great selection of whiskeys : of note, the Breckenridge and the Pappy Van Winkle 20 year.
Come here prepared to eat some red meat! Beautiful cuts of a variety of mammals; but if you've got white meat only - the coq-au-vin does not disappoint.
MUST MUST try the Buffalo Tarare! It is phenomenal. and if you want to continue on the buffalo theme, the buffalo medallion is also delicious!

Chili , brisket , lots of good things in an upscale gastropub setting. Easy walking to lots of Jackson Hole shops. Parking can be tricky.

The back deck just opened and is delightful. The steak panzanella salad was amazing. Steak perfectly cooked. They were also super nice to our one year old.
Dry aged buffalo strip and brussels sprouts . The oysters were great as well . Service left a something to be desired, but the food is worth it.
Two of these medallions cost $33. Sweet potato purée had added sweetness. Wish I ordered the burger as I had to order an additional poutine after.

We had a very big group and waited 90 mins for our food. The service was not satisfying. The food was pretty good though, but the $75 steak was WAY TOO BIG. It should be shared between 3-4 people.
The Brussels sprouts are amazing. Have them with a steak and the Cab Franc.
