It's like home , food is very good , don't come on Thursday , No WIFI here!
Great for sports and for relaxing, has all kind of services
I go for jogging, for some reason the small track is not in best shape and there seems to be no maintenance for it. it gets crowded too (the track ) at 8:00 pm, so go before that time
Good place for a jog, nice gyms available.
You cat get nice sandwiches from Sultan Ayoub from the exit near McDonalds Swimming pool
Watch out for your stuff when you go to the gym and try not to leave them in the deposit area
Club House , try flutes... nice light chocolate cake ... it is awesome
cool car license renewal experience.. car check (elfa7s) on sunday and tuesday

Spacious, most of equipment is in good conditioin, great air conditioning. Needs maintenance follow up though, and watch out for your stuff in the humid changing rooms :) - Ahmed Taher

It has a good variety of sports to participate in and it's kind of organised , although trainings are a bit pricey a nd they have a water pressure problem at their showers at changing rooms. - Omar Barakat
