Went to the newly opened 24 hour coffee shop called The Bridge . Had Ginseng Tea and 100% Fat Free Chaat .. very nice. But the decor was sub-optimal for a 5* hotel .

Central, nothing fancy , value for money and a good after work hour party place

Beware of bait and switch at the restaurant . Prices ridiculous. Drink prices at bars are unreasonably high, even for Western standards. Rooms ok, clean enough. Service could be more responsive.

The only good thing about this place is that its on park street. Bathrooms are tiny & the door was broken, the bedsheets were stained . Room service is average. Won't be staying here again for sure!

Bad rooms, bed uncomfortable, all room stink, I changed room twice at the third floor and they all smell the same. The rope had stains on it. In general rooms are unclean. The food is over priced

Possibly the worst hotel in kolkata! Never stay here. Rooms terrible. V noisy . Staff are rude and racist. Food is good though.

Horrible service. Just caught the waitress stealing fries from our plate before it for served.
