it's worth venturing off the beach road to dine at this gem. standouts include the gratis appetizers , amazingly complex moles and all of the stuffed peppers . we found the famed margs to be a bit sweet
Great ambiance, impeccable details, adorable place. Service was slower than expected for the price and the food was indeed very good and well thought out, but missing that "extra something."
Really challenged our tasting palet, in a very positive way. Complex dishes, modern Mexican cuisine . Location looks off on the outside, but is a gem inside. Hosts were more than superb. Def recommend
“It serves authentic Yucatán dishes in a dreamy setting, run out of a family home. You simply cannot go wrong with the delicious white mole with fish and a spicy margarita .” - Deana Saukam Read more
A true gem and Tulum must-do. The chef makes food out of her home with cuisine influences from all over Mexico.
Pair it with the tamarind margarita . Live music , candlelight , traditional Mayan decorative objects and warm, attentive service complete this slow food experience. Read more
For me the best place in Tulum. Food was authentic and simple, hiding the complexity of technique and flavour. I loved the atmosphere and the food.
Wonderful Yucatan cuisine! The peanut mole is amazing. Make sure you make a reservation the day before or you'll be turned away.
This place will change your life. Tamarind margs . Salads . Everything was AMAZING.
Best restaurant I found in Yucatán : passionate people who transmit you her passion of the very tasty Mexican gourmet food.
Unbelievably good. Small, intimate , quiet . The chef .. she has a seriously killer cocktail up her sleeve too.
Everything on the menu is good!
Chiles en nogada are sublime. A great dining experience.
I showed up for a 6.30 PM reservation . The restaurant was dead - only one or two other tables but it took them ONE hour to even get my appetizer out. They may be severely understaffed but still...
Try the Crispy Prosciutto Salad - http://stumbleabroad.com/tulum/food/gourmet-cuisine-of-mexico-at-cetli
Complimentary appetizer is not bad but overall disappointed in the attempt to chic/gourmet-fy Mexican food . There's far better and cheaper places with authentic Mexican food

The house special
cute spot but food isn’t very good & there are a lot of flies
Interesting Mexican food
Stuffed pepper
Overrated and expensive . Also, do not walk here– there are no sidewalks and it's very dark!
Nice design, but food is not tasty, didn't like it, overpriced and overrated.
El pan de budín es GLORIOSO, en general la comida muy rica y el ambiente muy lindo , aunque el servicio es muy lento.
Todo delicioso. Auténtica comida mexicana , no yucateca. Hermosa decoración típica mexicana , muy original. Altamente recomendable.
The Ella Fitzgerald cocktail was my favorite of all the bars in the area. Great vibe! - Ruby Anaya
Delicious Tacos & drinks at the beach. Friendly, laid-back staff. - Hannes Ettlinger
Best place to eat in all of Tulum. Great cocktails, great food. Try the red chicken. - Cristy Lenz
The passion fruit mojito was really good. So was munching on the fresh sugar cane in it. - Boris Mindzak
