Clean Hotel , Nice attendants, Delicious Food :) Try their banana Loaf :) But I just hope their rooms have screen and bathroom have exhaust fan :p but overall Great

It's newly renovated so it's clean . Nice lobby. Get a room with a view unless you want to open your window to a building.

Be ready to be annoyed with the noisy machine on the west side 2nd floor (deluxe) of the hotel . But still the most nicest hotel and best location outweighs some annoyances.

Basic rooms but really cheap at Php.2,100.00/night w a complement of friendly and helpful staff . Thumbs up for those not looking for Manor-ish ambience.

Breakfast buffet has a lot of options! A good tasting longganisa is always a plus.

Not sound proof especially on the outside. I did not felt secure because we have to open the windows because the rooms are not air-conditioned. Parking is spacious though.

But we did enjoy their buffet , spacious parking and inviting lobby :)

Everybody here NEEDS training and the rooms lack furniture like sofas/chairs, refrigerator and cabinets. Plus no exhaust fan for the bathroom . It's not worth the price esp peak season.

Truly a magandang Baguio experience with!

Very hard and uncomfortable bed, unsafe window for the kids. The kids can just easily climb out of the window and fall, no grills or even fenced ledges. Too soft pillows = headache

You have to request for a fan, NO AIRCON. Weird. Unsafe, huge windows. But beautiful hotel .

Never coming back here again. They have the worst front desk people! They don't seem to know what their jobs are. Beware of hidden charges! Waiters , especially, women waiters are so irritating!

they don't have a/c'd rooms. better to be located at the higher floor to avoid the noise coming from the road and the noise of air vent.

Beautiful hotel . Worst staff , bellboy literally just stood right next to us while we unloaded our stuff. No help! Didn't even offer a cart or to help. Unfriendly receptionist , no smiles? NO AIRCON!
