Highly-knowledgeable & gregarious trainers who are well-versed in all aspects of fitness: nutritional science, in vogue methodologies, & muscle-specific exercises based on one's current lifestyle!
The bathrooms are well-supplied with essentials (shampoo, soap, hair dryer, racks, hangers) - most gyms don't have these anymore. I wish trainers are more helpful though when assisting for Cirqfit.
Enjoy capoeira beginner classes every Thursday at 7:30pm and Saturday at 11:00am!
