Prädikat sehr schlecht. Vier Sterne Bewertung irreführend. EZ werden als DZ verkauft (12 qm). Absolut überteuert. Dringend renovieren! Bad stinkt. Dreckig. Isolierungen kaputt. (siehe Foto)
