The resting place of Emperor Wanli (1572-1620) and his wife and concubines, is at first sight less impressive than Chang Ling because many of the halls and gateways have been destroyed. However, it is the only tomb where youcan climb down into the vast but now empty burial chambers.

Good if you’re on your way to the wall. Nice history behind the 35 meters deep tombs but definitely don’t expect too much of it.
Disappointing as much of its contents has been destroyed and replaced with replicas. Not much to really see.
