You definitely should try the Ha Noi special fresh spring rolls (Shrimp and Pork ) & Mango Lassie ! Just awesome!!!
Fresh veggie springrolls were nice! Also the chicken broccoli and set menu w beef . Cheap , quick and they put ALL mains HOT on the table at the same time!
Not so hidden gem . And yes there are tourists , it gets busy, so bag a balcony table bf 12.30 overlooking the street scene :)
Inexpensive and good quality food. Almost only tourists though.

Great to wander around here, especially on the weekends when the roads are closed. Local Vietnamese come to hang out with their friends and family so it’s great to people watch. Must see area - Ashley Dando
