I haven't had any problems with equipment, and the staff is always very friendly and able to answer questions or address issues with machines, membership, etc. Can't beat a gym a block away from work.
Would be a nice gym IF they maintained their equipment... 3 elipticals later I found one that worked! (the programming isn't consistent between them either)
Was much better before they started letting every brat from the Hilton use the pool. :(
Take Kathie's boot camp class Tuesdays at 5:30. She's insane, but awesome.
