They have a poster there which says "Best Outlet - Sales & Customer Services". But I don't agree. How can they lie to people ? It is the slowest service I've ever seen. 1/2 hour for a 2 minute job :-(
Poor response to the customers. There are 8 counters, unfortunately only one staff is available for the customer service which is quite disgusting
Slow ass customer service and no queueing mechanism . Understaffed showroom. Dissatisfied.

By far the lowest prices in Oman. Great services and policies. I bought the libratone wireless speaker. A wide range of everything. Never so many different tv's in one showroom. Will visit again. - Ibrahim Hashem
