Spring rolls are great the soups are some of the best especially when you use the sauces, lime , fresh herb and bean sprouts ... the never ending soup .
I had the "P1". Broth is good. Plenty of meat in the soup . No frills, good food.
This was my first time at Pho Cali the food was delicious & fresh, I recommend the Pho with basil and homemade sauce .
