Just had a great experience in their 2 Bedroom Suite at the 9th flr. Great view , service and food! Very accommodating people. Though weak wifi connection

Horrid service by Cravings. It takes forever just to get a glass of water, buffet is managed heavily and the dessert ran out.

Food's not good. I ordered their mushroom burger and it was the saddest burger i've ever seen. Less than 10 pcs of paper-thin mushroom . Overpriced, Cravings!!!

Not worth the P15k/night for a suite. Buffet sucks, shower floor floods, wifi is weak, not a single soapdish, room service is slow, and the winds leaks through the window panes.
