Their Tonkotsu Ramen (pork broth ) is one of the best I’ve had up-to-date. I don’t know what they do to their chashu pork inside but it’s so tender and delicious!!!
Small space, check-in for the waitlist before leaving the house if it's available. I liked the tonkotsu broth because it was creamy without being too heavy. Add an egg and dollops of house spicy sauce
