Two towers in this hotel and we stayed in the Grand Rezen in the west wing. Amazing stay! It’s a bit far away from the city center but service, room layout and cafe definitely made amends!

I got surprises gift everyday from the hotel staff. They are very nice and friendly. Bus and metro stations are just 1 minute away from the hotel. Definitely will stay here again if I visit Suzhou👍 - Melani Chou Adrian
