Great service, spacious and comfortable rooms and good and fast transportation links to the center of the city .
Stayed in a room at The Residences section of the hotel . Room is quite spacious and overlooks the garden . Modern and well appointed.
Comfortable room layout, reasonably spacious . Typical Basel, but still sucks when there is no food after 10pm.
Air con is some kind of a bio system. It did not really work for us and the room was too warm.

Sehr schöne Superior-Zimmer, fantastisches Frühstücksbuffet , freundliche Bedienung und praktische Lage. Sehr zu empfehlen!

For shopping Manor and H&M. Lily's restaurant is awesome. International chains like Starbucks & McD's. Star Grill round the corner near Kaserne serves great food. Migros & Aldi are right on the corner - Amit Gaharwar
