Looking old, internet very inconsistent and slow with frequent issues
Modern style , parking costs 11,50 but includes valet and perfect location within 3min walk to Octagon
The beds here are fantastic.

OK hotel but far from my favourite. Avoid rooms on the Cumberland St side as this has lots of traffic noise. - Darren Davis
The central meeting place of Dunedin, with the main bus and tourist stops. Plenty of cafes, pubs, shops and restaurants around with the occasional craft market on the lawn too. - Steve
