The cookie when checking in is decent. Do not be fooled, you have to call for pickup at the Hotel Service spot (red sign). Also, gym/pool/sauna hours are 7PM to 9PM only. The entrance is very nice.

The pool is large, quiet and surprisingly empty. Great place to relax after a day of meetings. Super friendly staff and decent breakfast buffet too!

If you don't want to eat a lot of cookies ... Don't try the chip-a-cookies which by the way, you can eat as many as you want!

While the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are famous, please be aware that they contain walnuts (for those with nut allergies).

Yummy cookies , bathroom could be a little cleaner (grout stains) , but NO mystery hair in the sink, thankfully

Not bad. Feels like a refurbished Hampton inn . Was good enough for our needs though.

The vending machines on each floor have 20oz sodas and waters for $2.

There's no bellboy service. Just grab one of the trolley and bring it up to your room. Leave it overnight and bring it down when you check out. Close to LAX and service is very lax too (pun intended).

Wooo. No wired internet connection . Only wireless is available. AC system smells weired.

The second floor has a never-ending stench of cigarette smoke.

Airport shuttle leaves every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour.

The Gift Shop is pretty lame. A limited selection of items mostly snacks and drinks.
