New, close to campus, clean , friendly staff , and a lot of Texas Tech spirit makes this one of the better Whataburger experiences I've had. However it is like the ice planet Hoth.
Add jalapeño or green chili to your burger for a nice kick
They sure do take their time making your burger here. Good thing they don't have a drive through or I would have gone through a whole tank of gas.

For being newly built there are a few minor flaws: small restrooms , awkward table placement, and no window to the kitchen.
Slow. Also, don't order the chicken fajita taco if you're in a hurry. It's steaming hot.
