Amazing food and service. The restaurant is great and look like a art gallery . The food is perfect with a great modern take of Italian food . Service is just perfect and really friendly .
If you order "Evolution in Tradition" spoiler alert it's all amazing. (But 5 Ages of Parmesan stole the show for me). Pro tip: even if tortellini aren't on the menu, ask for some, they'll oblige.
I tried all the famous signature dishes & they sure had the element of surprise. Impossible food basically, so good. Staff , service, atmopshere – 10/10. What a nice & inspirational guy Massimo is too.
On average with other top restaurants at this level. Immaculate service in a 12 tables cozy place. Set menu of 12 dishes is a must.
Exquisite 12 course tasting menu ! Wine pairing was spot on! The dessert courses were phenomenal — especially the “oops I dropped the lemon tart ” and the black and white truffle chocolate pumpkin cake !
Beautiful meal, kind of like going to the tate and eating the art . All staff really friendly , which was lovely as sometimes these places can be pretentious . Wine flight is a must.
It's hard to decide between the traditional and seasonal tasting menus . If you ask nicely they'll give you the former with a few dishes from the latter. Magnifico!
There's a reason why this is the #1 restaurant in the world. The food is BEST. We did the tasting menu & surprisingly I wasn't as overly full as I expected. Service is the BEST! Everything was perfect
Parmesan 5 ways - out of this world
The incredible experience of Massimo Bottura 's "tradition in evolution" tasting menu . Grazie mille to Alessandra and Michele for organising /driving/baby sitting. Think we owe you!
As featured in "Masters of None" when Aziz Ansari's character, Dev, flipped out when his friend got him a reservation for his birthday. Looks amazing and I'm putting this on my bucket list.
Truly marvellous. One of the best in the world. Make sure to start trying to get a reservation months before you want to go here.
Unbelievable experience, masterfully crafted and presented by mr. Bottura and his team. Hard to describe, just book a table and let yourself go.
Cried when I ate the 5 ages of Parmigiano Reggiano . In a good way. Like crazy happy way.
We didn't order the wine pairing and went with the wine recommended by the Sommelier . It was very good. Ask for their help with everything and they will oblige.
The signature dish '5 ages of parmigiana ' is the best dish I ever ate, anywhere and probably ever will
This is one of the world's leading restsurants. Everything is fascinating, tasty and designed to delight your senses not just your taste buds.

Keep up the great work Massimo , and we wish you the best of luck in all your future ventures! The meal took us through the history of Italy through its food.
Thanks @massimobottura: lovely place and delicious dishes for an outstanding experience. My favourite first course: compression of pasta and beans (simply amazing).
Truly a great restaurant . Renewing the Italian gastronomy by gathering all the classical and new inventions. A real treat!
Perhaps the best Italian restaurant in the world. The room is elegant, featuring contemporary art and the food is sublime, melding traditions with contemporary cuisine. (4 of 4 petals via Fondu) Read more
Great restaurant . Sous vide done to perfection.
http://OsteriaFrancescana.it | 3 Michelin Stars | Massimo Bottura balances tradition and modernity masterfully. Deconstruction is a recurring theme but it's otherwise refreshingly informal & low-key.
We took our time and more or less got booted from the restaurant . That crispy piece of lasagna is a real tear-jerker tho 😾/😻
Tasting menu was very good but lacked something magical from a 3 Michelin starred restaurant
Amazing Food and service. Bookings open up every three months.
Art , memories, passion on a plate. Unforgettable evening guaranteed.

5 ages of parmigiano and the lemon tart were the standouts.
The famous "burnt" dish. A wonderful mix of flavour.
Don't miss it!
Tasting menu with wine pairing 👏
The chef takes his inspiration from the art world, and the flavors are equally magnificent. Progressive food for progressive eaters!
A trip to Asia in the world's most famous Italian restaurant .
All the food is absolutely great .Tortellini is the best
The best of the best, to date. Enrico Crippa in Alba is not far behind!

All the different meats and salads are marvellous tasty. You can't do something wrong with picking any dish. You should pick the daily house eine with that. It is just as great - Lookin Obergeier
