Great waterfront running and biking , but just be careful - there are certain points of the path that are more narrow than others. Can cause a bit of a traffic jam !

Zaphiria Zallas

Love running along the east river especially on Saturdays. I start from the 120th entrance and jog all the way to the South Seaport Pier or when I have enough energy, I connect to the Hudson river

Bhuvan Khanna

Beautiful sunrise, and amazing evening sky views . It's a real shame that the local administration neglects this park completely. It's seems unsafe and dingy and is not maintained well .

Ina Li

Take a calming , relaxing walk by the water when the weather is nice

Jason

Great place to watch the ferry go in or out. Also good at night for dates.

Diana Olympia

Love to take my dog here in the mornings - he loves it!

Compass

Run along the East River with other cyclists and joggers or hop on the East River Ferry for a quick trip to Brooklyn.

Mariana Pantalena

Beautiful view of the river and track in good conditions and safe!

Thomas Mo

Path is shorter and less scenic than the hudson river path, but it's nice not having to run next to a highway.

Kimmie Ohh

Great place to watch the sunset or see the city lights! ????

Jason

Great views and usually breezy for the best run path on the east side. Usually busy

Lauren Elizabeth

Love running here at sunset

douglas

It's a 5k round trip from the East 23rd Street entrance to a little past the Williamsburg Bridge and back!!!

nukirk digi.tal

There's a place to exercise. A pull up bar and some stretching posts with instructions from 1989.

Malcolm Chang

A food and culture desert. The only reason to go here is to catch the Ferry .

Gorgeous view of the water, with the city to your back and various greens around you

Katya Pugacheva

The bike and walking path goes north right up to the 37th St., then you have to switch to the 1st Ave.

Candice

The path gets narrow at some spots so pedestrians/bikers watch out for each other!

Ivy

Best place to run, but pay close attention to the bicyclist, they WILL run you over.

Jason Brew

I assume this beautiful sight is a ruined pier ?

There's nothing like an outdoor jog/run to help clear your thoughts!

Do not step on any of the metal grates or panels on the ground . When they're wet, they're deadly.

a few hazards at times but a good option when looking for some miles.
