There're two opening hours: 6am-8pm for peak season, and 7am-7pm for off peak. No idea what the peak means but my guess will be from May to Nov. See attached photo for details.

Great place for long distance run. 3, 5 or 10km one circle.

Soon close to the Olympics forest park , this tower will be for sightseeing.

Make sure you know where the exits are.

Perfeft place for a outdoor running. Reminds me of the Greenlake park back in Seattle.

晚上跑步的绝佳场所！有 3、5、10 公里 三个长度的线路。运动的人很多，六点到八点是高峰期。公园晚上九点后静园禁入，想人少一点还是需要在这个时间点之前来。公园无存包处，袋子都悬挂在入口右侧小卖部不远的休息区，所以不要放置贵重物品，或把贵重物品随身携带。地铁森林公园 站 A、B 口出站既是。附近停车位也很多。不过最重要的是在北京户外跑步出门前记得检查当天 PM2.5 指数。

這裡大蓋概是全北京最適合跑步的地方，天寬地闊空氣好，週末有不少人來跑步。有3、5、10三種路線，注意地上的藍色葉標，就知道哪裡可以切換路線。

1，可带渔网和鱼食和小孩喂鱼；2，推荐带帐篷在树林野餐；3，跑步健身；4，叠水花台戏水；5，感觉有很多未走到的地方。

环境好，适合跑步，适合约会

看美女就来奥林匹克森林公园 跑步或轮滑吧，前提是你能跟得上你想追的姑娘。
