Rum shots served with lemon , sugar and coffee are a cheap and effective way to get tipsy.
If you don't pay, the waitress is an excellent runner. Good lick :)

The nicest plaza in Timișoara. In the summer: a lot of places to drink beer or orange juice. In the winter: very nice views especially when its raining or snowing. - Alex Puchianu
