You get what you paid for. I think this is cheapest quad room in this island for RM399 3 days 2 nights. Everything is bad except the friendliness of the staff . All the staff are very friendly .

Luv the food, friendly staff , comfy room . But bring ur own toiletries. Will come again...

Disappointed. The rate was high. Triple sharing for RM 499/pax. Food was bad. Toilet worst. No fresh water in the toilet . They used directed to toilet pipe in out room. Staff was friendly .

Rent snorkeling mask and life jacket for rm30 throughout whole trip. Dont lost it.

Very disappointed experience I had in Redang.. bad service, sucks room, no room service , smelly towel and blanket , malfunctioning aircond....everyone comment have friendly staff but I dun think so !!

One word- Dirty

Stayed 3 days 2 nights under Quad room. The room condition is bad, smelly tangki water. Food worst. They even served us mildew buns . Not recommended to stay here.

Not that bad.. Nice seaview chalet.. Others so so..

Food suck .. No room service .. Towel smelly .. Everything is bad... But luckly the view is beautiful..

Disappointing food. No groceries shop that sell any refreshment such as can drinks or junk foods
