Somehow it tastes less spicy now, than a few years back. A mishmash of slices of fishcake , taupok, hard-boiled egg , braised pork rib , with boiled whole prawns , and a bowl of herbal pork rib soup

Dry version is the Chilli Mee. Though it is not as spicy as it sounds, it packs a punch on flavors and has some old school taste. Served with a bowl of herbal soup which has a pepperish aftertaste.

Very good soup . Chilli version is nice but not spicy enough (even with lots of Chilli ). I love the soft ribs ingredient most!!

Must try the chilli mee. I've been coming here since '99 and they've been here long before that. A little known Singapore gem.

It's been awhile since I've revisited. The quality is still well maintained, but I reckon the quantity shrank a little. I still love it!

Suitable for bak tuk teh lovers; everything has bak kut and almost the same ingredients. Prawns , eggs , fish cake . Plus hum and tau pok for laksa

Soup is tasty, but that's about it. I don't find their chilli or noodles impressive.

Yes, must try this stall chilli mee, alot of advertisement on this stall, 2nd flr of beach Rd market . But I only take d pork n prawn mee soup , the soup is nice.

Go for the dry version . The chilli is to die for
