best atmosphere & location among Ru Nam chain I think. very suitable for idle mood. sweets and tea here are recommended :)

It’s a lovely place but thats it. Food is ok nothing special but the service is simply bad. Slow, mixing orders, etc - value for money is terrible since the prices are skyhigh here
