Good location, lovely decoration, comfortable bed , friendly staff . I will only stay in this hotel when I go to Hanoi ^^

Nice hotel , lobby looks and smells good, staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is awesome. Just don't go to the rooms... Old, smelly, matress was so old I could feel the springs on my back

Stay on the executive floor . The lounge is basic but gives a place to hang out when escaping the heat and enjoy the views of the opera house from the lounge .

The service is good and it is suitable for people who needs luxury time from heavy traffic because it is very peaceful and calm .

A great place to stay, the breakfast buffet has a great fresh juice bar and lounge is quite good. The location makes it easy to get around the city .

Friendly staff , always ready to help! Executive lounge is roomy and good choice of food and beverages renovations are going on, might be a bit noisy from 10am on

Nice coffee shop with free wifi , tasty coffee and reasonable price!

The hotel facility is old. It reminds me of Asia in 90's with an exception if free wifi on public places. I would recommend the new HGI across the street.

Staff is very nice, but don't ask them for street food . Check out the dessert place on the corner behind the park and try the Kem Xoi and Green Bean Che. Soooo good!

Pretty nice. The club floor is nice and has a pool. The Hilton garden inn is a better value though.

Buffets are exceptional here.... Cooked to perfection and unbeatable value for money .....
