Everyone is really nice...Customer Lounge is nice, free wifi and coffee ...just wish they had power outlets in the customer lounge area .

The service department is the best here. Everyone. Is very nice and professional. An hour for oil change change and free car wash yay!!!

Appt is definitely necessary. Ask for discounts , VIP perks, AAA discounts , they will work with you. Like it solo much better than Honda World in Downey.

I specifically told Calvin what I wanted and he sent Alex out to try to make me change my mind about financing when I just wanted to test drive a car.

I love how their service department is open until 8 PM. It's great for people who don't get off work until 5 or so.

Hagglers! Calvin kept asking me if how I was do a bunch the car and if I was going to come inside for paperwork before I decided to test drive the car.

First oil change is free if you've purchased your car from them. Large customer lounge with free coffee , danishes , and Wi Fi .

The Maintenance Dept really looks out for the customers. They help you prioritize which work absolutely needs to be done vs what can wait. They understand customer's finances are not infinite.

If you're prefer go to mall they've shuttle to provide you to drop and pick you there .. That's awesome ..
