I'm blown away, staffs are polite and rooms are perfect. The executive room comes with a sofa chair and a working table. Love the pool & executive lounge . I'll be back again if I come to Penang.

Extremely friendly staff with smiling everywhere; they operate golf buggies car between ghotel and ghotel kelawai. Rooftop bar is a nice place to hangout.
5-star?Not by a long shot.4d exorbitant room rates,we expected more,e.g.,sauna ,steam,& jacuzzi.Instead,we're told 2go2 GHotel Gurney 2enjoy those facilities cos they r located there.Not practical!!
Newly open hotel . Try their afternoon tea set and roof bar , Gravity. Pool is too small. But environment still very good although pool is small

Came here for a wedding dinner . The food is disappointing and their staff is plain bad. Those foreign worker can't understand simple English and can do something properly. Very very disappointed.
Came here for the wedding, can't say much. But the parking lot is pretty limited
