If you are driving here, drop your passengers at the hotel entrance first and park your car at the Hard Rock Hotel (west carpark). Do not park at the east carpark unless you enjoy carpark maze walk

Good hotel for families. Other than that, nothing spectacular about staying here. Bad customer service, bad internet connections from all 3 major telcos and bad food. Tourists please stay away.

One of the worst hotel in RWS. You can never reach the concierge from your room and the front desk always behaves like you owe them tonnes of money.

checked into level 6 loft room, greeted with unflushed toilet and water stain marks on the bedside table. pales in comparison to Hard Rock.

Balcony door is spoilt even after the technician came to fix. Fridge also spoilt. No floor mat provided, no face towel or hand towel provided. Floor is very dusty and dirty . Not worth the price.

Ladder to the bunk bed in the family room is steep. Water from the shower head gushes everywhere. Bath tub is very high and difficult to get into.

Had a bad experience with this hotel . Toilet was dirty , we encountered a clogged drainage. Hotel staff seems not properly trained in sanitation. No free WiFi for check in guest!

We booked adjoining suites so our kids could stay next door to us but when we checked in no adjoining rooms available! Very disappointing! Hopefully just teething problems!!

The Reception is very slow. It took about 40minutes alone to check in and get the room key.

RWS actually not very big,not a lot shopping can be done here..
