45 mins to an hour north of the city . One of the must visit spot on the island . Get to try some of the local cuisine as well .

Shark and bake is great but sometimes I like to switch it up and make a shark salad instead. You can buy a portion of shark without the bake!

Try Uncle Sams. I have been buying at Richards for at least 12 years. And it used to be good. Now I find the shark is hard. I tried Uncle Sams (right behind Richards) and it was really good.

Like everyone else says, the Bake and Shark at Richards is a must have! It's the only shop with a long line , you can't miss it!

Beautiful big beach . Not much shade, if that's your thing. Strong wifi signal though, for foreigners.

Usually people love it. For no swimmers like me the waves are usually rough. It's a good hangout lime whatever you want to call it.

When you're here be sure to sample the local specialty of Shark and Bake from one of the many vendors at the beach .

The chairs that they rent are TT$20 and TT$60 for the umbrellas. Make sure you have a thick towel or some sort of padding as the chairs don't have any and may become uncomfortable after a while.

If you did not bring pizza to the beach , then there is always dinner time. Stop at our Ellerslie Restaurant or San Juan Restaurant on your way home.

As an island hopper, the beach itself isn't much to shout about, but the bake and shark is always good :3

Uncle Sam's shark n bake is def the best on the beach , even got a pilsner and all for only $25...

Please don't abandon your dogs here. Instead, why not bring them into one of our shelters so that we can re-home them. Also, strongly consider spaying/neutering your pet to avoid unwanted strays.
