Wanted to hate it once I saw the mountain town prices, but WOW the chicken fried steak was good. Perfectly breaded + fried, potatoes excellent, gravy was amazing. Love the rustic vibe. Super friendly

Good alternative to Idaho Springs for a stop on the way down I-70

Happy hour cheeseburger is great and cheap . They also have the best pulled pork sandwich I’ve ever had.

Burgers are fine. Waitstaff is excellent. Flavor is good. Don’t order the BLT. It came on a big bun with one paper-thin tomato and two pieces of thin bacon . Totally not worth the cost!
