Arrive early (You can get access from 10am) and no queues to check in and you can enjoy your full first day including swimming paradise from 14:30. Always a fantastic holiday. Highly recommended
Take a note/photo or anything every time you park your car or you will forget after the weekend what bay area you parked in ;-)
Worth sitting and planning your stay when you get here. Things can book up quickly on busy weeks, nothing worth than wanting to do something and finding there's no places available.
The waiting area for Bella Italia in the village centre offers a great view of the river through the centre
Massive range of activities available, even in November.
great adventure getaway but will need a holiday to recuperate. ;-)Takeaway was delicious (Indian and Chinese didn't try the Italian) Horse riding is a must.Tried fencing. Very good but tiresome.
If you have kids, eat early as it's busy every night and service can be a little slow
Superb visit as always!
Wi-fi in the executive lodges has real connection issues, when working can be really slow, when not says you connected but nothing downloads, call #14 from villa phone to have them sort it.
Outdoor pool and flume close an hour before everything else so if you are going for an evening swim do those first.
Never arrive at 5PM on a Friday - have been in a traffic queue to check in for half an hour and still no end in sight...
Dining delivery service is very hit and miss, some times good other times it's rubbish, so be warned expensive with bad attitude managers tends to be the order of the day with this service.
Relax! It's a peaceful place to unwind! Read more
Queue's to get in on arrival were terrible, waited about an hour. Needs sorting as gives a poor first impression.
You would think after 20 years they would have worked it out better
Ok, but that’s about it....

Almost all-in-one stop to start a great getaway at the Center Parcs. Leave the kids at the Kiddie Centre while enjoying a bowling game, swim or shopping. The Parc Market is the place to find booze too - MetroMen UK
It has a nice atmosphere and their are nice comfy sofas upstairs but costs a fortune and the upstairs tables are not cleaned often - Daniel Light
Great place to go and relax. Kids enjoy the soft play. The food is also nice and we enjoyed doing the quiz - Matt
