cute little bake shop serving all sorts of sweets and treats. loved the dalmatian cake with poppy seeds . the chimney cake is quite iconic and interestingly made :)
Try their Kurtos Kalacs(Horn pastry/chimney cake ) , so good with tea or coffee . Husband and wife business, the wife is the Baker. :-)
Ask for whipped cream for your coffee instead of milk . Dobos torte is very authentic - my grandmother would approve
Most of their selection is drenched in rum , and that's the way some folks like it! J would try the dobos cake if you're not so rum-inclined.
My only go to for Kurtos Kalacs (chimney cake ).
Must try: savarina , "kürtős kalács ... actually everything tastes great.
