One of the oldest places in Bahrain .. very cozy and nice .. old people will love it cause it reminds them by old days .. also they've very nice stuff to buy but you need to keep searching ????

For traditional Bahraini sweet I would suggest Jassim Showaiter and take too ماء لقاح وسمبوسة حلوى and for Matay go to Almuharrq sweet store. Its good old market of Bahrain trade origins

If u park ur car in the souq make sure u have both side mirrors folded cuz senior citizens drivers are blind as f****!!

Don’t try to take your car everywhere. This is an old town therefore park your car in one of the main roads and walk. It’s a lovely place to walk.
