Looks like a tourist trap, but has one of the best seafood in Lisbon . Well known to locals...
One of the best seafood places in Lisbon, frequented by locals and foreigners brought here by local friends. Bustling, unpretentious, delicious.
The service (or lack of) can drive you crazy, but the food more than makes up for it at this very modest seafood Rstr. The clams in garlic/olive oil sauce is out of this world!
This place is a little on the pricier side, but it’s fantastic, and all of the servers are wonderful and the food is worth the price. Best steak we’ve had so far in Lisbon.
Great seafood resto. The pinoquio paella and the squid are delicious. They relocated to rua de Santa Justa 54 just about a month ago. Current addy listed is wrong.
Paella excellent, but wait staff pushing portion for one that is really perfect for two- splitting a@main course is advised.
Picapau is sooooo yammy, try it you will not be disapointed!
Seafood rice , mixed salad , sautéed vegetables , a 375ml bottle of Soalheiro Alvarinho with a fresh fruit dessert & you’re all set
The decor is quite outdated but service is taken seriously. Food was excellent , portions were quite large and it was full ...nice place ;)
Delicious food in an authentic Portuguese gastronomic experience. Try the paella Pinoquio and the sea soup .
Not a cheap place but really really nice sea food ! Recomended! One shrimp starter and a squid (lula ) with bacon (most cheap main) for 28 Euros
Don't think twice, just sit down and enjoy! I suggest shrimps and clams . Very tasty, recommended.
Try the pinoquio steak if you like garlic . Good portion size.
Star with the Amêijoas and finish with the Bife a picapau . Try to get a place outside.
The seafood . Share the rice pots for one as you get a huge portion . Fresh and tasty.
Nice local atmosphere kind of place. Seafood paella was too salty in mho. But ham with pineapple was a great combination for a starter.
Excellent restaurant ! Amazing dishes, specially the rice with shellfish !
Lovely place, fantastic service. I had one of the best codfish (the famous bacalhau ) of my life! Price's fair .
Good portion size for the salted cod .
Traditional food , good portions but not cheap
Great place - new location - best shrimps !!
Portugal traditional place . Very good clamps and paella.yummy
Everything on the menu is delicious, but do not leave without trying their famous Picapau .
had the baked bacalhau - delicious. nice outdoor patio/terrace seating area
Bacalhau way to salty and greasy. Picapau is tasty though. Nice terrasse. Don't forget to order your salad
Paelha is delicious. Picapau not that good, plain meet. Vinho verde! Portions are too big
A place to visit! Taste the shrimp and 'pica pau'. Try to seat on the terrace and enjoy the view ..
Good sea food and very good location
Salty shrimps and Pica-Pau (cubes of meat with garlic ) are the best. In the summer a great terrace .
Very touristy place with decent seafood fare. Not really cheap but tastes good. It's right on the main tourist drag
Place looks simple but food and service are very good quality
Closes at 11 pm in summer weaek days... The best "prego" in Lisbon.
Picapau and bread are very delicious.
Get the seafood rice + coldfish + home white wine , it's excellent !
Good fish and seafood
Picapau can't be missed! Don't eat paella !
Very good food, everything we tried was delicious, especially the Picapau ... don't miss it! We came back a second time during our stay just to eat it again.
Best clams in town
A bit overpriced but good food
Not much quality. Rude, untrained servers. Recommend that you go elsewhere for seafood in Lisbon .
Arroz de Garoupa and Shrimps 'ao Vapor' are not to be missed...!
Picapau all the way. Do not hesitate.
Seafood for the Connoiseur
Sapateira!!
Pica-Pau meat cubes!
Imprescindible
Quite expensive but food is over your expectations
Looks like an authentic local place but service and food are a real stretch. Not recommend.
Lulas grelhadas or bife do Lombo a picapau
Picapau
