Staff are great, very attentive and friendly . Make sure you book a room with a window if staying here though. Also, 3.50 a day parking for guests.
Not the best hotel in Birmingham but one of the cheapest. Avoid the risotto ... chicken burger with motzzarella is great!! Housekeeping stuff nice and frendly, reception stuff NOT NICE.
Not too far from city centre but a £10 by cab in rush hour. Rooms comfortable but basic. Bar Menu good value had fish and chips which looked great but fish was undercooked so disappointing.
Murder mystery night was very good. Food was good and reasonable.
Nothing is good here. Hotel is an absolute shit hole, room not cleaned and bin not emptied. Awful welcome. Extra charges with no explanation or detail on invoice. Incredible rudeness from staff .
Decent location, good facilities
Breakfast 6/10 self service, coffee machine not working properly, bacon barely cooked. Room comfortable but need to be under 5ft to shower and poor water flow.

Very good service. Modern decor but very traditional restaurant with silver service. room ver large and bed comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order and very good quality. NB lift but also steps - Su Butcher
