Just tried out a £5 day pass. Pay online before you go. Good gym . Plenty of equipment. No bench press stand though. And no kettle bells . Otherwise pretty handy gym . Also had a couple foam rollers.
Quietest before work up to about lunchtime. Mental after 5pm, but plenty of gear so it's all good!
Good value , lots of equipment. You need a padlock for the lockers, but they sell them from a vending machine
Dumb bells only go up to 30kg so you need to use machines or smith, for serious lifters this gym is too light weight
It's cheap and easy to get to. I love it!
