Best thing here are the chocolate chip cookies . It's a business lounge , so no Johnnie Blue. Dinner is sub par compared to JFK. But, quiet , plenty of seats and M&Ms. It could definitely be worse...

The staff was very friendly , welcoming and accommodating. They gave me a place to store my carry-on, gave me a first-timer tour of the lounge and suggested food options. #candoattitude

Very very quiet lounge which I like, food selection is about as bad a JFK, but it has showers which I always like in a lounge .

It is a small lounge but quite nice, with decent seating options and a warm food buffet to avail of.

They remain open until the last flight departs, no matter how late it is running, which was extremely welcome.

Pre-flight dining... A great idea and superb maximisation of inflight sleep. Food tastes better at sea level anyway :)

Given the volume of all you can drink free booze, it is no surprise people get so intoxicated that they end up urinating on other passengers .

Chairs are comfy , drinks selection is good.

The staff here seem more concerned about being rude to potentially non-eligible customers than providing a great service to those of us that do qualify. I'll take my business elsewhere in future. Gold

Note that there's not much going on in the rest of the terminal areas. Limited food selection for non-first / club passengers . Nice decor. Only one shower .
